Dr. Thiruvenkadam Thiagarajan, Associate Professor at SSN School of Management, holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University and has over 24 years of teaching experience. His expertise lies in Marketing and Human Resource Management. He has published number of research papers and three books and presented widely in national and international conferences. Dr. Thiruvenkadam has organized numerous academic and industry events and undertaken consultancy projects. He has also facilitated industry collaborations, including an MoU between SSN School of Management and Numeric UPS (Legrand Group).

- Received and completed an Internally Funded Project for the title “Impact of Self-Help Group in Economic Empowerment of Rural Women: A study at Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu” in the year 2021-22.
- Handled two behavioural modules (Leadership Effectiveness and Emotional Intelligence) as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the CUMI’s Emerging Leaders Program 2024-25 conducted at SSN School of Management.
- PI for the MDP conducted for Numeric UPS on the topic “Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST)” Training conducted on 28-09-2024 and 07-12-2024 and 12 managers and employees from different departments participated.
