Program Summary: MDP conducted for Numeric UPS on the topic “Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST)” held on 28th September 2024 and 7th December 2024, with 12 managers and employees from different departments participating in the training program.

Objective: To train participants in the application of the Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) to measure, analyze, and improve work processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
